By accessing or using the To Be Bet website or app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them in full before registering.

To Be Bet is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to open an account — this is enforced through NID verification. Any attempt by a minor to register will result in the immediate closure of that account.

To Be Bet does not operate in all countries. Access may be restricted in certain regions outside Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in your location.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on To Be Bet. If the same person opens multiple accounts — using the same name, NID, phone number, or payment method — all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. To Be Bet reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading details.

• Required at registration: full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• KYC verification requires: front and back photos of your NID, along with a selfie.
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.
• Your password should never be shared with or disclosed to anyone.

If To Be Bet detects any unusual activity on an account, additional verification may be requested. Failure to cooperate in such cases may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

To Be Bet supports bKash, Nagad, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Rocket, and other approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawals are always processed via the same method used for the original deposit. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional KYC verification.

All bets on To Be Bet are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. When a bet is placed and confirmed, the stake is immediately deducted from your balance.

• Void Bet: If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Match Suspended: If a match is not completed within the designated time, the bet may be cancelled or settled in accordance with To Be Bet's policy.
• Odds Error: To Be Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Accumulator Bet: If a selection is Void, the bet remains active for the remaining selections, excluding that event.
• Live Betting: Odds in in-play betting can change rapidly. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.

Payouts are credited to your balance automatically. Any payout disputes must be reported to To Be Bet support within 72 hours.

To Be Bet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special tournament promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once, unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• To Be Bet reserves the right to investigate suspected bonus abuse and void any bonuses involved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on To Be Bet. Any violation may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or maintaining multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Bonus abuse — such as using a bonus to guarantee a win.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

To Be Bet may investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

To Be Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• When unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If the user requests self-exclusion.

If an account is closed, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided it has not been forfeited due to a violation.

You can request an account closure or temporary break at any time — just reach out to our support team.

To Be Bet makes every effort to keep the platform running at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occasionally occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

• To Be Bet is not responsible for missed bets due to temporary platform unavailability.
• To Be Bet is not liable for any losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts.

To Be Bet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or an in-app notification.
